Olive-oil rich Turkey Bites with olive and tomato

Ingredients

500gturkey mince
4 clovesgarlic
to tastesea salt
3 tbspolive oil
1 tspextra-virgin olive oil

Method

Prep everything first: chop the aromatics, measure the olive and tomato elements, and pat the turkey dry so it colours well.

Warm the olive oil in a large pan over a medium heat and soften the onion and garlic until sweet and translucent, about 5 minutes.
