Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Stewart & Musell Kitchen website, operated by THE STEWART/PERRY COMPANY, LLC. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorised use.
Membership and billing
Some recipes are available only to members. Membership is offered on a monthly or annual basis at the prices shown on the membership page. This is a demonstration environment and no real payment is processed. In a live deployment, memberships would renew automatically until cancelled, and you could cancel at any time from your account page.
Store purchases
Products in the kitchen store are offered for sale subject to availability. Prices and descriptions are provided in good faith. As a demonstration store, orders placed here are not fulfilled and no payment is taken.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping content at scale, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
Recipe text, photography selections, branding and site design are owned by or licensed to THE STEWART/PERRY COMPANY, LLC. You may use recipes for your personal, non-commercial cooking. You may not republish our content without permission. Photographs are provided by Pexels contributors under the Pexels license.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Please also read our Disclaimer regarding cooking and dietary information.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
