Tropical Lentil Chowder with lime and garlic

Ingredients

1.5 cupsdried lentils
1, slicedonion
6 clovesgarlic
750mlstock
2 tspthyme

Method

Prep everything first: chop the aromatics, measure the lime and garlic elements, and pat the lentil dry so it colours well.

Warm the olive oil in a large pan over a medium heat and soften the onion and garlic until sweet and translucent, about 5 minutes.
