Chicken Breast Salad in gochujang and honey

Ingredients

4 filletschicken breasts
1 tspsea salt
3 tbspolive oil
3 clovesgarlic
1 tbsptoasted sesame oil

Method

Prep everything first: chop the aromatics, measure the gochujang and honey elements, and pat the chicken breast dry so it colours well.

Warm the olive oil in a large pan over a medium heat and soften the onion and garlic until sweet and translucent, about 5 minutes.
